I’m Sakina Issa, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping individuals and couples navigate life’s complexities with clarity and confidence. My work is rooted in evidence-based practice and guided by a deep respect for each client’s unique story.

My Approach

I also incorporate Client-Centered principles, providing an empathetic, supportive environment that empowers you to access your own insight and strength. Techniques such as emotional regulation, guided imagery, and mindfulness further support self-awareness and personal growth.
